210 Jackson is a new 4,998 s.f. boutique residential building located at East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Anchored by two large balconies this facade boasts rich Ebonite Smooth brickwork and hand-finished European larch details. Designed with the modern urbanite in mind, the apartments feature near wall-to-ceiling windows that maximize sunlight. Selected for its hardiness and ability to diffuse natural light, white-oak hardwood flooring covers the entire living space.

OMF Architects assisted in the renovation of Llohi Bar, a laid back rooftop bar located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. OMF worked closely with the clients to best respond and support their personal creative vision. The site-poured concrete countertop, frosted windows, and subway tilework are distinctive to this project. All of these elements, alongside, the exposed ceiling, work to define the industrial chic character of this bar.
