210 Jackson is a new 4,998 s.f. boutique residential building located at East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Anchored by two large balconies this facade boasts rich Ebonite Smooth brickwork and hand-finished European larch details. Designed with the modern urbanite in mind, the apartments feature near wall-to-ceiling windows that maximize sunlight. Selected for its hardiness and ability to diffuse natural light, white-oak hardwood flooring covers the entire living space.

770 Putnam Avenue is a residential building located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. OMF Architects designed a full floor extension and updated the existing apartment's layout. This intervention sought to respect the architectural language of adjacent buildings while producing a new space apt for modern city dwellers.
OMF Architects completed an interior renovation which included architectural design and construction supervision services.
