210 Jackson is a new 4,998 s.f. boutique residential building located at East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Anchored by two large balconies this facade boasts rich Ebonite Smooth brickwork and hand-finished European larch details. Designed with the modern urbanite in mind, the apartments feature near wall-to-ceiling windows that maximize sunlight. Selected for its hardiness and ability to diffuse natural light, white-oak hardwood flooring covers the entire living space.

285 Jefferson is a Brownstone residential building located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Despite limited resources and time, this project successfully updates what was a once forgotten and neglected building.
